I made this recipe last night with Jon. It's a Thai dish. We both liked it. Initially I'd like to say that this was the first time I've ever bought mussels. If you haven't either, I have a few tips. As you guys might already know, I just posted a video recipe in my LJ for "Peanut Butter Surprise Cookies." Instead of using peanut butter cups, I opted for Hershey Kisses.
