It is official.
My husband received the letter of offer from NavMar yesterday and things are in motion as follows:

He has been requested to fly out to San Diego tomorrow or Friday for Orientation and Security Clearance stuff. He will only be there a day or so. The rest of the weekend will be spent with his daughters.

My neighborhood boasts of being culturally integrated.  I don't know what the numbers are on the rest of the streets, but I know blacks are the majority on mine, with whites second, latinos third and I am pretty sure there is an Asian family down at the end of the block.

Friday night, I went with my cute Kramer to FF in Dallas. I got lots of hugs from really great people!

On Saturday... we took our time getting up and ventured out to Scarborough Faire.
