So Munich has been fairly uneventful. The past two days most things were closed because of christmas. When we got in we got take out and shut our selves up in our room for the rest of the day and watched German television! Today I spent all day at the coast with Kris. He is such a genuinely good person and great company! We drove there in his car which was so nice not to be on a bus or a train for a change. Sunday I went to Bruges with Juliana. It was by far the most Goth of all the cities in Belgium. Belgians are freaks about their Christmas markets so we walked around some of those and also climbed to the top of a bell tower. It seemed like the stairwell went on forever. But at the top you could see the whole city (kind of through the fog)!

Our Thanksgiving was pretty successful. We raged on until 4 in the morning. The three Americans (me, Sarah, and Sara (Rembrant's Wife-y) schooled the Europeans on how to do a proper Thanksgiving. As you can see below we had a huge table full of food. We had round 1 and then at like 12 had round 2 of eating followed by round 1,2 and 3 of dessert. ( Read more... )

Antwerp was really great. Me and Sarah walked around and found some vintage shops and ate at this vegan/organic/blablabla cafe that my map suggested. The food was good, but sarah's salad was 18 Euro. I have a picture of her eating her $30 salad.
