Tonight, I leaned how to make saag. It took much longer than I would have liked, but I made it. With ghee and all. Now, I used a recipe, so of course I "fixed" the spice levels. What I ended with was a bright green pureed concoction. I hated how it looked. But I tried it, and it tasted like saag. Spicy saag. Like, a good Indian restaurant saag. It
