Not riding his bike without his helmet, apparently. He was fuming, and for good reason. I offered him my little bike pump that i bought for my own, but he said it wasn't the proper kind of pump - was more for pumping up basketballs kinda thing. But i bought it in the bike section. Who knows. Either way, he had to walk his bike home.

not the right kind of pump? well, there are only schrader valves and presta, so maybe he was running presta valves on his bike.

I agree, if people want to take the risk then they should be able to make the choice. You know that you could get in an accident and get traumatic brain trauma, shit happens, but like with drugs if you wanna do it and take the risk it's your choice

Hahaha, I thought it was just me that loved to listen to music before work to get strength and energy for the day ahead. I can see fining people if that's the law, but the air out of the tires is just mean. I'd be like, "Are you SERIOUS? Are you gunna go help me reinflate it after I get my helmet?"
