This one woman at work keeps a lending library of books on CD in an empty desk drawer. I have recently gotten back in the groove of consuming books this way, since these days, by the time I get to pick up a book I usually get drowsy within a few pages. Random question: Does anyone know of a good book (written in english) that explains the effects of different foods as taught in Chinese medicine? I'm not talking about the dried bark and roots that you stew, more like when the herbal doctor or your mom tells you not to eat too much of X fruit when you're breaking out because it's a "hot" food.
