I ran my first half - marathon last week

My knees are still sore.
Perhaps I need to incorporate glucosamine into my diet instead of just massive amounts of glucose (and fructose and surlacrose....)

I've heard so much conflicting information about glucosamine and chondroitan. One study says it helps immensely, another says it does nothing... It if DOES help i'd love to add it to my regimen since all my joints are so out of whack. UGH.

I'll let you know if it does anything for me. I've heard all sorts of good things from the people I know taking it though.
