Another Winter
It's interesting that I've been busier these last six months than in the last year, and not on my own professional/creative growth. Both sons are now living at home and attending college/art school. Plot Shifts
Invariably when I begin a story/novel/short, etc., my plot evolves into something new, more, different than I originally expected. It's always better, and I'm ecstatic to say my NaNo novel has already shifted and grown.
I just love that. -
NaNoWriMo 2013
I'm participating.
This will be my third time as a participant. The timing was ideal on the suspense novel, and so I thought to take the plunge again.
I may be mad by the end of the month, but I shall be in very good company. -

After my extraordinary and productive writing retreat in July, I've been inspired and motivated. I'm completing a couple of open projects, have two short story ideas for the next anthology, am fully engaged in plotting a suspense novel, and am working on the over-arching plot for the fantasy series ( Read more... ) -
Cutsies!
Having an awfully fun time plotting out this novel.
The idea hasn't left me alone since I woke up with it a few weeks ago. If only it would step aside while I finish these other two pieces I'm juggling.
But no, it's just shoving its way to the front of the line. -
