Poll EventWoo! My tree is up and decorated by the kiddies, isn't too lopsided either!
 

So I'm in my kitchen right now..laptop on the stove.No..I am not going to cook my computer..just needing it to read a recipe.I'm attempting to make bagels..
Hopefully I shall return safely from the floury abyss with tasty bagel's as a result.

Was given some zuchini by a neighbour so I made bread. Yummy!
Adapted a recipe that I thought I'd share...

Zuchini-Carrot-Apple-Banana Bread

Yield 2 loaves

1 medium zuchini -grated (unpeeled)             3 eggs                                            2 tsp cinnamon (add more if you wish!)
