Can I just add that the people that I place are not like employees, where you pay them and then get to tell them what to do whenever you want. Basically since they are "doing me a favor" they usually tell me what they are going to do not vice versa.

Life is good aside from my job. I really don't want to do it anymore. I don't want to quit I just hate this part of my job. I have been scheduling volunteers for The Lights of Christmas for three months now. That is ALL i have been doing, sometimes up to 10 hours a day and on the weekends. Today sucks hard core. I am feeling the edges of depression. It's much harder to give up when there is someone else is around. It makes you realize how self indulgent it is... but I want to sleep.
