i have the shoe fever too. luckily i've been able to stave it off with some purchases from target - their selection is really hit or miss, but this year i was able to find three pair (each under $20) that fill a hole in my wardrobe. low black slides, black flats, and a brown pair of dr. scholl's- looking slides.
oh and then there are the yellow lizard skin wedges that i picked up at marshalls, and the black peep-toe heels.
i hid them from bf in the corner of the closet but then i felt incredibly guilty and showed him. he wasn't mad at all, i think it was just my own guilt eating at me.
anyway, what i'm saying is this: as long as you're not spending the grocery or mortgage money, i think a few cheap pairs here and there are no big thang.
Thanks for your blessing, Kelly. I think I've upped my shoe count by 6 pair this spring...but I've tossed quite a few, too. And no one is going hungry, and payments are all made, so I'm calling it good.
Plus, I figure if Geoff can spend $1000 on a golf membership, well, this is how I'll work out calling it even! :P
Well, naturally, Lisa, that $1000.00 must be equalled in well-thought out shoe purchases!!
I hear you on the shoe addiction! I walked into a rather large shoe store the other day, and when I saw how many shoes were inside, I just loudly said "Holy sweet mother of god!" and the guy walking in next to me just looked at me funny. :D

Hmmm. I probably shouldn't have told you that. Now you have one more website to look at!
Also, both of those shoes are adorable!
