Many-Cheese Mac and Cheese
Cheese aficionato's (that's me) version of the ultimate comfort food.
- 3/4 cup of Gruyere (grated)
- 3/4 cup of Cheddar (grated)
- 3/4 cup of crumbled blue cheese (Gorgonzola, preferably)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 big tablespoon of flour

Loe's Perfect Omelette for Complete Dummies
Ingredients:
3 eggs (whole eggs)
3-4 tablespoons of buttermilk (if you /fail and want a soft and shredded omelette, use regular milk. Pussy.)

Chocolate Whisky Bundt Cake
I made this cake for Christmas this year and it's awesome! And i know that because half is gone already :/
Tho, instead of coffee I'd recommend adding 3/4 cup of water and 3/4 cup of either Kahlúa or Cointreau for that little orange-y taste.
