I'm on the roll! Baking like they would take my oven away from me.
Here are two recipes for my muffins. The Triple Chocolate one was such a hit on the weekend I had to make them twice. The Raspberry + White Chocolate is great for summer, but could be made with frozen raspberries. Sadly I forgot to post the recipe earlier.
Each makes 12 muffins.

Several days ago my mother described to me a cake she called “Ambassador” she ate way back in '70s. Her description was quite good and so I attempted to recreate the cake, while adding a Christmas flair to it, since it IS Christmas.
