alasais is a good cook. Today she was making this recipe which she has done before and is quite tasty. She was useing the P.W. cookbook that we stood in line for 4 hours to have autographed. A cursed streatch of interstate
So Last night at about 10:30 my Station gets toned out for a rolled over truck. It was a box truck that had been overloaded. Both of the back passengar side tires blew causing the truck to turn over. My new used truck
I am buying a 1981 Chevy K10 Silverado long bed 4x4 with either a 3 or 6 inch lift kit. The truck has transmission problems, and has 2 33" Buckshot tires, and 2 16" street tires. The rims for the street tires and mud tires do not match, the guy I am buying the truck from had a new set of 33" Buckshot tires and new rims, but they got stolen while ( Read more... ) -
horse fall
So last summer I came into possession of a 4 year old untrained quarter horse. I have been working with him off and on over the last year and have him mostly halter broke. Last summer I had a saddle on him a few times and tried to get on once and he spooked and took off bucking and kicking. After that I kept working with leading and catching. ( Read more... ) -

yet more truck work
Tuesday, 4-21-09, while on my way to work one of the head gaskets blew out on the truck. This morning I tore down the top end of the motor to see how much damage had been done. The good news is that the block is still ok, and so is one of the heads. The bad news is I cracked a heed. The crack runs all the way from the #3 intake valve to the water ( Read more... )
