Forgot to mention, I saw No Country for Old Men in DC last weekend - it's the new Coen brothers movie. AWESOME. Definitely catch it if you can - I think it comes out nationwide this weekend or something.

Best idea ever: making rice pudding with all the leftover rice from last Friday.

But I need to buy some cardamom, because next time instead of cinnamon and nutmeg I need to try rosewater and cardamom.
