Those online translators work really well

This is something I've wondered for years: Does anyone have a clue as to how to pronounce "Mouton de Gruyter"? And is the in "Walter de Gruyter" pronounced as [w] or [v]? They're based in Berlin, but neither Mouton nor de Gruyter is anything resembling a German name.
