recently i said oh im dieting... and the way she said your dieting??? came out like really bc i cant tell...
good luck dear... you can do it... try to eat healthier or only have healthy foods around... better to binge eat on celery or fruit than pizza... you can control what you eat... tell yourself no no no... and if you do eat mcdonalds, go for a walk after... or clean your house to burn some cals. off...

and i've found the best way to avoid temtation when im out is to only bring the money i need with me.
if im getting gas, i figure out how much i'll need for gas and only bring that much etc etc.
and iv found foods that remind me of fatty foods but really arent.
like for breakfast a lot ill make oatmeal and pop it in the oven until it gets hard and a little crunchy, then i scoop a little plain canned pumpkin on there and add cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie seasoning and a little vanilla and it taste like pumpkin pie.
