Not that there's anything wrong with things the other way around; in fact, if I had to guess, I'd say they took turns, as so much about their dynamic revolves around the fact that both are exhilarated to find someone who's finally his equal. My feeling would be that they'd both be comfortable in either position. But since in fandom Erik seems to have been designated the sole top, I feel it my duty to step up for team Top!Charles to tip the scales a little bit. XD

Woohoo, another person whose brain has been sucked out by this fandom! Hahaha. I have not been this involved with a fandom for the better part of a decade and never thought I would be this into something again, but here I am. I also never thought I'd be mooning this seriously over a slash pairing (not that I had a problem with slash, I just didn't find it as compelling as so many others did/do) but again, well, here I am. XD
