Gather me information on the islands you visit in Greece as Dave and I will be in the area in August. Also, if you make it there, document some cool places to visit in Istanbul as well. Continue having fun and stay safe. You're missed. Sunday evenings are not the same without you. Take care.
Thanks Sean. I'll be in Istanbul in about 40 hours. And Greece after that.
In some ways I really miss home. I miss being with my friends and family and daily routine. The highs when traveling alone are so high though (and, in balance, the lows are quite low)...
Here here! I too want a full account of the Greek isles, as that has been a place of interest for me for many years. You must eat some spanikopita and drink some Ouzo for me! And I would love a post card if you have time to look for and send one. I'm glad you're enjoying yourself so much more than in Mongolia. I was starting to feel discouraged for you!
N'Awlins was a blast, but alas, I didn't get your request for a funcky voodoo trinket until I had already returned home! It's not a problem though, because I loved it so much over there that I know I'll be going back, hopefully within the year or shortly thereafter. If you're not terribly travel-weary at the time you should come along. The French Quarter is something else! So much history in that city, although nothing compared to what you're getting to witness over there. Anyways, I'll quit rambling. Have a great rest of the week. Drop a line if you get a chance. Miss you bunches!

In fact, like 20 people do. The only confirmed postcard I've heard about I sent to England from Mongolia (and it arrived today).
Talk more when internet is less expensive,
