I don't like this, but it is my job. Lucifer has crossed a line this time. We know it was his blood used in the attack on Dan and the murder of Lucia. I grab what I need from my desk and slip into the ether finding him in Hell.
I raise my eyebrow and look at him. I was expecting to be sought out about this but not by Andrew. Anderson would be behind this. Thinks by sending Andrew it will give him some advantage. I'll show him it won't. "You're doing this as an officer of the order Andrew. You didn't think to refuse this order on personal grounds. Interesting."
I take a step toward him and suck the blood off my fingers. "Alright I will play Anderson's little game."
"We can talk about the personal part later, for now I am an officer of the Order."
I take his arm in my hand and we go through the ether into a questioning room at the Order. I wave him to a chair.
"Have a seat Lucifer."
I take off my jacket and hang it on the back of the chair then cross my arms over my chest and look at him. He is smirking at me as if this is a game. I suppose to him it is.
I raise my eyebrows at him, "Really? That's the line you are taking? Your blood was used in two attacks, one resulting in the victim's death. Rather hard to believe some one managed to obtain your blood without your knowledge?"
There is a thin line with Lucifer. At any moment he could cause war.
I hang my head and shake it. My name is out there. I turn to Diederik. "Go back now. Full lock down and check everyone. No one is to leave the compound. Do not let anyone in no matter who they appear to be."
I turn back to Andrew as Diederik vanishes into the ether behind me. "My deposition was supposed to be sealed. No one was supposed to know I gave evidence, especially Tomek."
I need a cigarette. I dig inside my coat and take one out. "Do you have any idea how dangerous he is Andrew. If he knows it was me who put him away..." I light my cigarette and draw on it heavily. "I should have known better than to trust a bunch of angels."
"...Do not let anyone in no matter who they appear to be."
I lean forward, "I do not know the details but Detective Anderson feels you might be in danger, so perhaps Tomek found out. We must find him. You said no matter who they appear to be. He is a mimic then? A mimic is our killer."
I sit back in my chair and draw on my cigarette. There seems to be no point in hiding the fact anymore.
I blow out the smoke and nod. "Yes, yes he is. I did not include that in my original evidence as I was the only one who knew. If they knew that critical piece of information then he would have known I was involved."
I rub my temple, a headache starting up. " He is dangerous, very dangerous. That is why I turned him in. When he outgrew his usefulness he became a liability."
I sigh deeply. "If he does not want to be found, you will not find him Andrew. You will just find bodies."
I stand and thank Jared for his concern. I know there is about to be a raid on the club and have informed those who I wish to protect. But this... I am not pleased Jared never said a word about him, but he has now so he is forgiven.
"I will take into consideration what you have said and your concerns. If he is as dangerous as you think you must not have anymore contact with him, he will know you spoke of him."
I can see the fear in his eyes, it takes much to scare one like him. I clench my jaw and send a message to Lord Edward, One of my employees has come to me with great concerns in regards to a regular here, and one he is involved with. He is a mimic, Jared is frightened. He is here with me, I will wait for your instructions.
The instant I get the message from Dragos I know I need to take action. If I can drop this one in their lap then my debt may be repaid.
I shift through the ether to Dragos' office at Strigoi.
I come out right in front of Dragos. "We have to take him to Anderson." I look at Jared. "You need to tell them what you know." I turn back to Dragos. "If they raid this place it will scare him off. None of this is good for the family, or for your business Dragos."
They both look at me. This is why I came to Dragos, so I wouldn't have to go to Anderson! I shake my head no, "I've told you already. Why can't you tell him?!"
I stand up and pace, "He trusts me, ok? Fuck! Fine," I turn and look at them, "but I have to do this now and I need protection."
I clench my jaw and go to Dragos' desk and use his phone. "I will ring Anderson and be sure of your terms."
I pick up the handpiece and dial Anderson's number. He picks up and I can tell by the tone in his voice when he answers that he isn't in the best of moods though it picks up when he realises it's me. He isn't alone either. I hear him tell whoever he is with to be quiet.
I get to the most important business first. "You have to stop the raid on Strigoi."
As expected he wants to know why and he doesn't sound to happy about it. I look at Jared then speak into the phone. "I have someone with me who has been on intimate terms with the person of interest you have been looking for. He wants a promise of protection Detective. As you would understand someone who would attack the three is someone to be extremely wary of." I don't use the word scared as no vampire wants to admit to that emotion.
I walk around Michael looking at my handy work. Jared living way out here has given me all the privacy and all the time I want. I've been a sneaky boy getting this all ready, keeping it secret, all that preperation. Even he did not suspect what I was up to

I look at the clock on the wall as I make the final preperations. Jared should be on his way home. I lay out what I need to do the job and check it over. A noose made of fine silver wire and Anderson's gun, taken from his safe. No one ever questions the good detective. He walks around looking all gruff and his minions look the other way like their lives depend on it. His form was the best choice to take for that task
( ... )
I reach out and grab a hold of his wrist before his fingers lay hold of his target. His eyes cut to mine with a flash of anger and in seconds with a simple look I have him on his knees as I snarl at him. "Do not forget who you bargained with false son of the betrayer

I turn my attention back to Andrew. "I do not have any idea what you are talking about Andrew. I did not sell my blood to anyone."

I watch as Lucifer snarls at Andrew once again.
I have told you!
I can see that subject is a brick wall and it will only flare up again if Andrew pursues it. At present Lucifer is angry but stable.
I send to Andrew.
Don't persist with asking who. Ask him about the fallen one.

I'm not sure why Anderson wants me to ask, but I am grateful for the help.

I slide Andrew's chair over to him and move to my own. "I shall amuse him." I sneer at Andrew. "And keep you in your job."
I sit and glare at him. "He is a blight on this earth. A mockery. I would see him removed."

"Why do you consider him all this?"

Perhaps he is unaware of his part in Tomek's incarceration.

"I will go with you Elijah, this bastard killed my sister - I want to see him dead."
I will give my life to make sure he does not die by Elijah hands though. I will not let him fall. He can not, Ana needs her true father.
