I'm sick of being this weight it's making me so disheartened and unmotivated. It's been 5 days. 4 of good restricting and yet I am still at that weight. I had one bad day which should have at least given my metabolism a boost but no I am still 59.7kg. I need help to break this plateau and to stay motivated ( Read more... )

Well yesterday I had been staying over at my b/f's the night before so I was at his house in the morning. Today I've been feeling really anxious and uptight. Work cancelled because of the weather which didn't help as it meant I had nothing to do and would mope around the house all day so I went to art group at the local mental health charity drop in centre. Today is going to be good. I have had yogurt for breakfast and will have salad for lunch. I'm also supposed to be having home leave tonight so a night in my own bed will be nice. And we're going to the circus this evening. A non animal one as I have reservations about how animals are treated.

Well yesterday I got up stupidly early and felt hyped. I didn't get to do much until about 11 when I went shopping with my parents and nan. Me and nan went off to look round the market and I got some indian bangles and a tattoo sleeve.
