I'm coming up to the end of a six day week (after being in work all day last sunday working a deal) and I'm completely wiped out. Work is a very big preoccupation at the moment - a good thing I feel, 'It's all about the distractions', mainly down to the bombshell dropped on me last Monday.

Appropriate seen as last night was a team big night out, which started with ten pin bowling (I've only been three times in my life - all of which work outings). It's the last day of the quarter at work which coincides with one of our Managers leaving for Australia. There's been a lot of 'You are coming for a drink, aren't you?', so we're sitting here waiting for a 'lift to the pub'. Sorry, not pub, 'The Blue river Cafe'. I had reserved today to going back to Hackney to do some tidying up prior to my departure (fingers crossed),but woke up this morning just not feeling up to it given the cold and silent hostility I incurred the last time I was there (ten minutes last Saturday morning).
