About two and a half hours from Rochester (in Erie, Pennsylvania), lies a little hole-in-the-wall amusement park called Waldameer. Tonight we went to the "Haunted" Tinker Nature Park... which was free and just up the road, and thank heavens for both. The "Haunted Barn" was nothing more than a barn, with a few bales of hay, and a few hanging ghosts, dancing skeletons, and a few tombstones with black lights scattered. Just when you thought you've heard it all, something new seems to pop up. We have been studying how to simplify radicals; yesterday we simplified something like 5√32 to 20√2. Nothing exciting there... until one girl blew my mind and asked "Can't you simplify the 20?" ... oh good god!

Drew Carey on TPIR is ... really... boring. The show is majorly lacking in excitement. *sigh* I knew I should have applied for the job.

This evening I made a trip to our not so friendly neighborhood Henrietta Wal-Mart, with the greeter who never greets and the hoards of carts spewed throughout the store.
