Landlords came back down from Portland, it would seem. (They live in the main house during the summer.) Pulling in and seeing their truck there was disconcertingly like having your parents come back home early from a vacation. Except they're not my parents and I have to pay them rent and be nice to them. And their stupid, barky dog.

I am good at finding odd Scandinavian mixes. First Mexican-Norwegian in Santa Cruz, now an awesome gal that is Chinese-Swedish. Kinda neat, really. Though the latter situation is a little tangled. Driving up to Sacramento for memorial day. 6.5h drive. I, uh, am doing it to go see someone. What the fuck, me. We know how I do with distance.

Still, I'm looking forward to the weekend. Just trying not to think much beyond that, I guess.

Benefit / documentary filming is finished. Thank fucking god. Attendance was below even my expectations, but there were still some people and we still got money. Which is cool, I guess.
