Well, it was part of the challenge. And I figure he might try to get it back with Sirius after the two remeet in PoA. Feels like a sequel to me.

I'm glad you thought the angst wasn't too excessive or cheesy. And doesn't Dumbledore seem like the kind of man who would travel to another country just to eat some pie?
