A lot of the time the way I'm feeling is more than words can express. So it's easier for me to just not say anything at all.  For example : "my chest if feeling hollow" = Doesn't even compare to how I'm really feeling. It's stressful t even try to explain it. I had such an amazing Monday. I got to spend it with such an amazing friend. (David Anthony Bassill-Cantillo).
