but this week Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson, and Ed McMahon all died.   That's a lot of people whose names I recognize for one week.

We have a real estate agent, we have a POD scheduled, we have a move date *gulp*.  So here it is, Boys and Girls, we are planning to be sending our stuff east on July first.  We will follow shortly thereafter.  Anyone who wants to see us should sound out!

Joe is in the process if finishing his final week at Microsoft.  He has been progressively more and more unhappy with the company over the last several years.  Earlier this month he decided he had had enough and turned in his resignation.  What that really means is that we will be moving.  We have a big project in the works in Louisiana and it's ( Read more... )

I just got offered a job!  Yay!  I will begin working on January 23 at AT&T in their call center.  It isn't the most glamorous of work, but it does come with a real paycheck!

For many moons my beloved and I have quested over hill and dale to find the perfect quilting machine.   Today, as luck would have it, we wandered into a small shop in Kirkland which had a Baby Lock professional quilting machine for the low low price of $999.00.  Additionally it comes with five years of free labor on repairs.  What a deal!  So we ( Read more... )
