had our wedding, visited the UK, met Tons of awesome people (mostly from LJ!) started, like, a GOOD blog.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
no. i made two and kept neither. next year: same as this year (less picky eater, get my driver's license)
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?

4. Did anyone close to you die?
we weren't close until after he died.
5. What countries did you visit?
england and scotland. and the east coast, which is like another country at times.
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
driver's license.

june 10, because it's my birthday and therefore the most important day of the year. january 11, we had our wedding. september, in ny. and november. and december. especially yesterday. mmmm, boy.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
got my driver's permit. flew solo in the face of abject terror. met sufjan. poked a dead guy's brain.
9. What was your biggest failure?
same as past 2 years: "The distinct lack of good employment and crapping out on my NaNo novel."

extended, seemingly endless illness.

tix to Sufjan Stevens, membership to a CSA

Food/rent/utilities, the wedding, airfare.

I attempted to make my own clothes and semi-succeeded, but mostly bought shiny things. and shoes.

I miss Jess already, even though I saw her yesterday.

It's like a 15-way tie. Believe it or not, meeting Sufjan brought an (almost) equal amount of joy into my life as meeting all you fab eljay-folks IRL:
