I almost puked during the second part of my workout (best indicator of a job well done lol).

I dreamed I watched a girl jump off a bridge and impale herself on a tree branch (as a result of guilt over something), I was shot three times by my step-mother while trying to swim across a flood of brown water as she pursued me.
