I'm going to school tommorow, after missing 9 days. I just got enrolled today. I'm going back to Brick being that St.Rose was filled up. I'm really nervous, I hope I do well.

Today's intake:
-Small bowl of chicken broth with some brown rice
-140 cal fiber one bar
-1 eare of corn 77

Cals-about 300 or so.

+Plenty of water

I did 50 squats and 50 crunches in the morning. I'm planning on doing more later on. I hope to get in some walking soon.

hey im goin to josh's soon (i hope so im excited) All I had today so far was about 3/4 bottle of vitamin water and a strawberry. less than 100 calories im geussing. when i get to josh's ill probably have a bottle of water or two since all im allowing myself to drink is water&vitamin water. ya, hopefully this new thing goes well.
