Apparently, Homeland Security are not allowing the Red Cross into New Orleans. There are thousands of people at the convention center stranded without proper supplies. Their rationale?

A few days ago I was driving along, and I saw this Isuzu Trooper that the owner had modified so that the lettering along the back said "POOPER". He also had one of those trendy yellow magnetic ribbons attached to the back of his car.
