so. anybody have any reccomendations for good culinary schools or other education options with food? im not ready to do a long apprenticeship anywhere for several years.
im most interested in baking, but also culinary arts. i have some ideas im working on, but any offerings would be really appreciated.

i just feel so incredibly tragically sad and sorry for myself tonight, and can not figure out why.

it's official, and i am going to california at the end of this month.

in ireland. i think livejournal will be too much of a pain in the butt from here on.

you have a month to correspond with me before i'm voluntarily shipped off to something like boot camp to build trails for eight hours a day for six weeks to save up money to cycle around ireland.
