Well I do have to give Ancestry.com some credit. I've now learned more about my father's side of the family in 20 mins then I've learned in my entire life. I'm actually quite impressed.

This morning I had a dream about the fashion show I am working on and it woke me up when I had an "Ah ha!" moment and saw the perfect curtain call for the show, song included. I want roller skates :)

I have a family of squirrels living in the tree that is outside my back patio. There is a momma and 4 babies. The 4 sybillings have been running around all day chasing eachother. They are so unbelievably cute. If I can get them all to hold still long enough maybe I can get some pictures. :)

Well, I must say I had quite the eventful weekend.  To be honest I haven't actively participated in the Portland nightlife for quite sometime.  Between duties at home and with work and just a general lack of interest in being out late (my 7 am mornings seem to get more difficult with each passing year) I just don't get out much, or haven't been out ( Read more... )

Got the ol' summons for jury duty. I guess that makes me a full-fledged member of the community.
