so i finished in 29:22...hooray! the first mile i did in 8:55 which is my best 1 mile time so far. so yea, it felt wonderful afterwards and i felt like throwing up at the end...but thats how i plan on feeling with this! haha...so it was wonderful and i definitely am going to do these things regularly. i feel so sore and tired...yet rejuvenated. :)
