I just finished my lightly scrambled eggs. I like my eggs cooked on the light side. I think they're dry and crispy and not to my liking when cooked hard. Some may like it that way and I 'reckon there ain't nuttin wrong with you all but I figure the more you cook them the more vitamins you lose.
