teach ?

I think i want to teach middle school English. I've been looking into getting certified to teach and .. it seems kind of cool. And i say middle school because i remember how awkward middle school was and how unsure of myself i was and how everyone was about to find their "high school way" which would really shape the next 8-10 years of their lives

You would be an awesome teacher. You are so unconventional and creative and thats just what kids need. I think all you need is a college degree (check) and pass the Praxis for middle school. Praxis is so not hard. Don't take my word on that but I'm pretty sure thats what it takes. Love you!

I was checking out the alternate certification routes and it's like.. some online classes and then a teaching internship for a year (paid) or an unpaide 12 weeks of student teaching. The fees are just higher for the internship. But you are the real teacher. so that's crazy! just jumping right in. .. we'll see. I think i'm going to apply :) I'll let you know how it goes!
