Argh, I got to the self-harm and pussed out, BUT SO MUCH GOODNESS up to that point! Dean not being able to understand what Sam is saying, like literally not understanding what the words mean, and forgetting that he can't sleep, and all of Sam's observations on his body language and emotional state... this is smooth and gorgeous and awesome!
