up until a few years ago my lows used to be REALLY low and my highs REALLY high. now I feel more moderate, thankfully!!!!

I'll be very surprised if you don't ride it a bit. If you don't, it will mean you either have VERY HIGHLY integrated personality, or you're deluding yourself in a major way be ok though.
