Ah, my previous hunch about John not getting lucky while Sherlock did would cause John's discomfort was correct, I guess we sort of think alike (I mean you and I, not John and I). Was he also worried that Molly would get hurt hence asked Sherlock to apologize?

It's funny that Sherlock was the one need to apologize.

Poor John! He sets up this elaborate scheme and then... Sherlocked!

Regarding Molly, I think John is rather conflating his wishes and expectations with Sherlock's-- not really listening through the wave of jealousy in his head, in other words. Even John can't always be sensible. Cheers!

Poor John really needs to be laid. It's so unfair putting him through this.

As for how Molly will react-- next part up. Cheers!

I have been waiting all day for this, I kid you not.

Poor Sherlock. I have a feeling Molly is not going to let it go so easily. so to speak. ;)

Oh, what a marvelous comment! Thank you so much. I'm sorry to keep you waiting, but my work schedule has been mad lately. I'm looking forward to a nice, long weekend of writing.

I think your hunch about Molly is spot on. Next part up, if you'd like to give it a look. Thanks again!

Possibly died laughing, omg. Somehow, I don't think time will make things make any more sense, John. Your Sherlock dialogue is pitch-perfect; I could practically see Benedict saying the lines as I read them.

Thank you so much for that! I love dialogue; I don't think I even write it, I just listen and copy it down. But it would be amazing to have Benedict perform this. :D

Thanks for reading!
