Lhasa-Poo makes lots-a-poop
I have a big dog (german shepherd named Leila) and a little dog (miniature poodle and lhasa mix named Tino that weighs about 5 lbs). Yesterday the little one broke into the big dog's toy supply while we were out of the house, and ate a foot long veggie nylabone, packaging and all.

Touch me
Just got my myTouch. I've been playing with our demo for about two weeks, so I already knew what to expect. But it's so nice to finally have MINE... I think i'll be downloading apps all day, starting with Sherpa and TouchPal -

Another milestone on the roadmap to old age...
I went to Hershey Park today. And while I did enjoy myself at the 'sweetest place on Earth,' I was over it by early afternoon and the Wildcat gave me a headache. Does this mean I'm getting old, or what?
In other news, I'm working 6 days next week starting tomorrow and I'm not really thrilled about this.

First day of P90x
Today I started Power 90x. The first day consisted of Chest & Back and the Ab Ripper. So far I'm not super impressed with myself. Pull ups are exceptionally hard for me to do since surgery, so I'm feeling a little handicapped. I'm going to stick with it, but I think the first month is going to be pretty hard.
Tomorrow is Plyometrics... exciting!

So I got my invisible fence installed, even after the heavy rainfall this afternoon. Everything turned out well, and Tino was doing alright with it ( Read more... ) -

Today I'm investing in an Invisible Fence. I'm pretty sure Tino is going to be pissed at me. -
Back to working out...
I'm starting to get back into working out after surgery. I'm starting very, very lightly. It's amazing how taking just over a month off and I feel like I've lost every ounce of muscle I worked to gain.
Also, I learned that making a strawberry smoothie with chocolate protein rather than vanilla does not taste so great.
