This week, the garbage disposer died. Now the spigot on the kitchen sink broke. Electrical - excellent. Carpentry - fine. Painting - not my favorite. Plumbing - I suck!

Have you guys heard this song from the Oprah show featuring will.i.am, Faith Hill, Mary J Blige and non-Americans Bono and Seal? I think this is the most insipid drivel I have ever heard. I won't insult you by posting the video here.

Last night was better than last year by far. I went down to Shannon's and he made dinner. He made the Barefoot Contessa mac & cheese and it was very tasty. Much better than anything I've ever found. So I have to go back to Nationwide tomorrow. Today, Shannon and I were doing a Christmas home tour in Harrisburg when I had back into a sharp pipe along the curb and punctured my tire.
