My alarm went off at 8:30. I turned it off. Fran woke me up at 9:00, and told me to get in the shower. I got ready, and then begged for breakfast at McDonalds. I happily ate my biscuits and gravy, and then we headed to Clark's Bridal. Fran tried on her wedding gown for us.

Thursday I went to my first district FBLA meeting. I got this lovely blue blazer with matching FBLA emblem, and official plastic name tag. lol Yes, I know I am a nerd. Hey guys, I have another prayer request. One of my best friends, Joe, his dad is blind and is having emergency eye surgery on August 29th. He is getting his cornea taken out, his retina worked on, and a new cornea put in his eye. This is like a 2 and a half hour procedure. I made a list of what I was going to do today. I tried hard, but still didn't get all of it done. I started off by heading out to the school to see if I could talk to Mrs. Hoke about FBLA and yearbook. Since that fell through because all the teachers were in a meeting, I decided to go shopping.

Cingular makes me angry. They sell me a crappy phone, and then when it stops working, they blame it on me. It aggravates me that I can hear people, but for some odd reasons they can't hear me. I don't have the money to pay for a new phone. Grr...

My morning was hectic to say the least. My alarm didn't go off, so around 6:50 my dad wakes me up saying "Mary Ann, aren't you supposed to be getting up?". I look at the clock and freak out. I only had 10 minutes to get to Soni's house, and I didn't have time to get ready.
