So this is the third year we are doing Zombies Attack Chicago at The Spot. The time has come kids!!! Speaking of what Jen just wrote about... if not for FB I would be none the wiser about this crap... but guess reproducing?!... we all knew this day would come.... iiiiiiiittttsss BACON!!! Look at my baby brother's little project. Him and two of his friends from Fairfield put together a company. Evan is the head designer for the product and I'm assuming he designed their logo. That sure looks like an Evan Hughes original doesn't it? I'm glad he has something on the side besides the teaching thing to keep him busy.

We are doing a pot luck at work today for a friend's birthday. She's vegitarian so I figured the signature sausage puffs wouldn't go over so well. So I thought I'd try to make bruschetta. I am encouraged to play music up at the reception desk at work. This is a nice change from the last receptionist job I had where it was so quiet some days you could hear a pin drop and it made me really tired to be in such a slow, quiet environment. But  my direct supervisor here agreed that it was too quiet up at reception where the candidates ( Read more... )
