After 3 months of waiting I am switching over to the 2nd shift at the bread factory. This means I start at 4, 5, or 7 in the am, get 45 hours of work each week, and get 2 whole days off. I'll be making the sponge dough meaning I'll get to see what all those artificial ingredients look like. Again, I feel if this was long ago in a galaxy far away
