Reminds me of when I was a member of Elfwood and got bashed for the type of things I drew and even the colors I used. Finally I got the picture that if you're not the next Picasso, they don't want you there. And I left.

No, it was nothing towards me. It's just a general attitude I've seen within fandom. That if you're not good you shouldn't even try. Unless you're talented you're either mocked or ignored. I got tired of feeling like I'm not good enough to be in fandom so I'm rebelling.
