Would anyone be interested in a bbq sauce making lesson for a small fee?

I'm thinking sometime in October (not Columbus Day weekend).

It would include basics of sauce making, hot packing (canning), explaination of the "# schools of BBQ", and in the end (more than likely) you get a jar of sauce to take home.
