This morning one of my neighbors was out walking her two big dogs at 4:30 AM. I know this because my dog woke me with her barking. I actually envied my neighbor for being so devoted to exercising her dogs. It has been bitterly cold here, and I've been a dog walking slacker. I've lost about twenty pounds now from walking the dog. We go miles a day. When I first started this, I could not walk very far. I still take her to dog training classes. I've started using the Gentle Leader collar again. I feel like we gave up on it too soon before. Whenever she paws at it now, we jog. I never was a fan of the prong collar we ( Read more... )

Three on Friday because I have to hurry up and work on the manuscript.

1. My dog is 11 months old now. Four months ago I started her in classes and walking her at least twice a day. She still is naughty at times. I have, however, lost fourteen pounds.

2. I am still polishing/revising the manuscript.

3.I have a stack of new books I purchased!

Sometime around the middle of May I sent my manuscript to critiquers and received some helpful feedback. I knew I had a big job ahead of me, so I took a deep breath, did some thinking, and then started on the revision. Today, after almost three months of BIC hours a day, I finished.
