Today, for the first time in a very long time, I was able to get into a ball-supported child's pose (arms extended rather than folded back, ball under my upper chest and head), and relax fully into it. So, so good. Still some added range needed to get into the
fully extended version, but this...was...big

But yeah, can be super frustrating when you just want to be back to "normal" and it seems to be taking a long time.

I do, however, have to fight the dogs for my turn on it. Because surely all ball time is about them, right? :-)
