today my mom and i xc skied like seven miles. i forgot how much i like it. it was really, really beautiful. i didn't wear sunscreen because i was secretly hoping to get freckles. i did, although i think they will be gone pretty quickly.

i stole this cd a year ago from my dad because i always sort of like it. i never knew what it was but it turns out that it is enya. i think that mostly people have a bad attitude towards her, but that's not my problem.

so i have had that sound about wanting to live where the green grass grows stuck in my head all afternoon. also, i really sort of like this.

i am making tofu from scratch. well, from soy beans and water anyway. go on, be jealous.

so i spend a lot of my time thinking about leaving. and making crazy plans that I will never actually follow through on. i gave hannah a really hard time for doing that last year because she "was leaving." but i guess i feel bad now. because college isn't really leaving, or even if it i, it's not soon enough. i will go to san francisco with rachel ( Read more... )

i studied very little this weekend and i sort of feel bad. it was incredibly nice out yesterday, but i didn't take a walk. i am really tired and i don't really know why i am bothering to type something. ok, that's it. i am going to bed.

today...my mother made me a delicious sandwich for lunch and wati sent me a beautiful postcard. i talked to ms. lund for a long time after school and i touched her. it seemed completely natural at the time, but i don't think i have ever touched a teacher before. i might see elizabeth this weekend and will hopefully visit hannah in el near futuro.
