Mei's Fanfic Master ListFIC Summary: [2007, AU] Sore throats, nightmares, and the differences between organics and Cybertronians - something is terribly wrong with Sam. To live is to evolve, and shape alone is not enough; think of it as a mutual learning experience. (Bot!Sam, Mech/mech)

Anyway, this is amazing.
Looking forward for your next chapter.

Though I suppose that my only other alternative is to keep posting intermissions there until I have ten, and therefor make chapter twenty into chapter thirty instead. HMM.

Although it's true that CotS has gone on hiatus (for the second time), it's also true that it's by no means abandoned. It just takes a special frame of mind for me to write it, and I got shook out of it. At the moment, I seem to be experiencing technical difficulties of the wetware, but I'm troubleshooting, so hopefully another installment should be appearing soon.
Haha, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I might have actually left it on hiatus if I didn't know that people were enjoying the read. :B

...at the same time... you'd think that maybe his parents would have been more accepting (with the Witwicky madness and S7-ness), of whatever Sam told them... or at least, that's what I thought was happening when he was blocking his memories in chapter 10.
I LOVE THIS STORY THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I squee each time I see an update.

The whole thing with Sam's blocked memories goes like this:
Sam: oh hai gais, I'mma be a robot.
Ron: ... wut.
Judy: NEVAR PHEAR, BB! I KNOW PEOPLE! WE CAN FIX IT! WITH TECHNOLOGY!
Sam: WTF S7?!?!?! *betrayed*
So rather than hate his mommy, he made himself forget that she was part of S7, who he holds a psychotically deep resentment for. It wasn't that his parents didn't accept what they were hearing, it was that Sam couldn't deal with the revelation.
:D I'M GLAD YOU'RE ENJOYING! I'm still trying to work through my writer's block/style-corruption, but it's not abandoned!

I'd make a joke about denial, but seeing as Sam's already fallen into a BIGGGG lake, it's a moot point by now.
:DDDD

OH GOD. Sam's denial. Epic. Just Epic. Homer could write a dozen tales about it and still only scrape the top of the iceberg.
